Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection is associated with a variety of clinical manifestations related to viral tissue damage, as well virally induced immune response. Hyperstimulation the system can serve trigger for autoimmunity. Several immune-mediated have been described in course SARS-CoV-2 infection. Immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) and autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) are most common hematologic disorders seen Vaccine-induced thrombocytopenia unique cytopenia vaccination. This paper will review current literature on association vaccination cytopenias patients COVID-19.
